We do not accept returns or offer refunds for personal preference or change of mind.
NO REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND
Refunds will NOT be issued for:

❌ Shipping delays caused by carriers or customs

OPTIONAL 30-DAY WARRANTY
Customers may purchase a 30-Day Extended Warranty at checkout.
With Warranty
✅ Eligible for refund or replacement within 30 days
✅ Covers performance and fit concerns
Without Warranty
❌ No refunds outside defective claims (48-hour window)
❌ No coverage for comfort, fit, or usage concerns
Warranty must be purchased at checkout and cannot be added later.
RETURN CONDITIONS (IF APPROVED)
If a return is approved:
• Item must be unused and in original packaging (defect claims)
• Warranty returns must be in resellable condition
• Customer pays return shipping
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Velmora is not responsible for:

❌ Stolen items after delivery
❌ Incorrect shipping information provided by customer
❌ Customs delays or fees
Once marked “Delivered,” responsibility transfers to the customer.
